that's causing some real problems for victims of super storm sandy. believe it or not, some of those folks still have no heat, no power in their homes. including this man in new jersey who has yet to receive any aid and is now living in a trailer next to his house. authorities in several american states are already blaming the weather for multiple deaths. schools are closed all over the place. commuter trains and subways jammed. and let's not forget about the frozen pipes and the water mains. take a look at this. chicago firefighters before dawn had to battle a warehouse fire. one of the biggest they have had in years. but the water froze right on to the side of the building. the conditions so bad, look at this. a third of the department had to help put it out. they even had to bring in empty city buss so firefighters with frozen gloves like this guy had a place to try to get out of cold. incredible. steve brown our chicago-based correspondent with more on the deep freeze. the number of deaths appears to be rising tonight. >> yeah. we're across the st
